Interested in Joining Les Dames?
Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI) which is an invitation-only organization that provides an informal platform for recognized women leaders to interact and exchange ideas and experiences on a personal and professional level.
Criteria and procedures for electing regular members are as follows:

Candidates for membership must meet the following criteria:

Have a minimum of 5 years in their respective field

Possess the highest qualities of professionalism

Committed to and active in community service
Membership nominating and acceptance procedure

All candidates must have 2 (two) sponsors who each complete the sponsor's form (see attached)

Sponsors ask candidate to confirm her interest in joining LDEI

Candidate confirms her interest by filling out a Candidate's Form (including her resume/bio) and sending it to her Sponsor

Each sponsor submits a Sponsor's Form with the Candidate's Form to the board

The full Board approves the number and list of candidates

The results of the board vote are tabulated and the nominees are advised of the results
